About the Role
As a Business Account Representative, you will use your product knowledge and problem-solving skills to assist customers, answer questions, and ensure each interaction is handled with care and accuracy. The Business Account Representative will work across multiple platforms to update customer accounts, schedule appointments, and resolve service inquiries while maintaining a professional and supportive approach.
Key Responsibilities of a Business Account Representative
- Educate customers on Frontier’s wireless, internet, and bundled service options to help them choose the best fit for their household needs.
- Guide customers through the onboarding process, including documentation, verification, and service activation.
- Accurately update customer profiles and track engagement in CRM systems to support ongoing account management.
- Respond to customer inquiries through approved communication channels, ensuring timely and courteous resolutions.
- Work collaboratively with sales and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and coordinate service improvements.
- Review customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for service upgrades or additional support.
- Represent Tailored Marketing and Frontier as a professional Business Account Representative, focused on trust, reliability, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications for a Business Account Representative
