IND Technology is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Graduate/Junior Network Consultant to support the delivery and operation of our innovative Early Fault Detection (EFD) solutions.
This role is ideal for early-career engineers or data-driven problem-solvers passionate about technology, consulting, and customer engagement.
You will play a key role in supporting project execution, managing customer relationships, and providing hands-on technical and analytical assistance.
Responsabilities
Project Management & Delivery
- Contribute to and support customer projects across initiation, planning, and execution phases.
- Assist with task coordination, documentation, scheduling, and project progress tracking.
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.
Account Management & Customer Support
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships following EFD solution deployment.
- Provide consulting support using IND Technology’s analytics tools and technical capabilities.
- Respond to customer enquiries and deliver operational support, including analytics and training.
- Conduct data analysis with EFD tools and support development of customer reports.
- Oversee installation and commissioning of EFD systems, ensuring smooth setup and customer handover.
- Travel regularly to customer sites across the United States.
What You Bring
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic and Computer Systems Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Additional project management or data analysis coursework/certifications are a plus.
Experience
- Previous internships, university projects, or research related to electrical distribution, transmission networks, or electrical utility companies are an advantage.
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic understanding of electrical distribution and transmission systems.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, substation operations, power grid management, and grid reliability concepts.
- Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in software such as Google Earth, MATLAB, or AutoCAD is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to support frequent interaction with utility clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
