Job Description:
Join our creative design team in Charlotte, NC, as a 3D Renderer on a contract basis.
Your role involves transforming 2D designs into realistic 3D visualizations using industry-standard rendering software.
Collaborate with design and project teams to bring concepts to life with precision and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
Transform 2D design concepts into detailed 3D models using 3D modeling software.
Develop and refine models, incorporating textures, materials, and lighting for realistic renderings.
Collaborate with teams to understand project requirements and translate them into 3D visualizations.
Create photorealistic renderings and animations of various spaces and products.
Conduct quality checks and revisions to ensure accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in 3D modeling and rendering software.
Keen eye for detail and ability to produce visually appealing renderings.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to manage and organize 3D assets and files efficiently.
