- Make multiple calls, emails, and text in order to set appointments for customers to come in and sell us their vehicle
- Preform a walk around on all customers vehicles to ensure information in KBB system is correct
- Negotiate with customers in order to complete as many purchases as possible
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is complete in order to finalize the purchase
- Set KBB appointments and coordinate with Used Car manager
- Follow the Ewing Automotive group process and procedures for responding to all incoming internet (email), phone, text, and chat leads
- Manage task lists to ensure follow-up process is being executed on a daily basis
- Update KBB ICO data for management on google docs on a daily basis
- Actively search opportunities on 3rd party sites (Offer Up, Local Listings, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Autotrader, Cars.com, CarGurus, private sellers listings etc)
- Follow up on trades from the dealership
- Coordinate vehicle purchases/pickups with seller and Management on outside vehicle purchases
- Learning, understanding and adhering to call and email scripts
- Active participation in department meetings and training
- Working together with a team to reach department and store goals
- Meeting with the manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis

Minimum Qualifications/Skills
- Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Customer service-oriented and friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and tend to several clients at once
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
- Excellent communication, professionalism, punctuality and attention to detail skills
Supervisory Responsibillities
This role has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates inside an automotive dealership environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, and wet and may have fumes or odors due to vehicle maintenance.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds independently; majority of lifting from knee to shoulder heights; other lifting required from various levels.
- Requires standing for extended period with frequent stretching, reaching, walking and stooping, pushing and/or pulling in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, and wet and may have fumes or odors due to vehicle maintenance.
- Requires frequent driving and some typing. Required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles.
- Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
