- Proficiency in Bloomerang CRM, or a similar CRMAbility to travel locally for meetings and events
Your New Role:
You’re the person who turns good intention into impact as a Major Gifts Officer for this regional nonprofit. In this role, you’ll carry a thoughtful portfolio where you can build relationships with potential donors and learn what matters to them. Your weeks will consist of focused meetings, well‑timed follow‑ups, and personalized proposals as you move donors from curiosity to commitment.
Internally, you’ll translate the impact story and shape it into investable opportunities with outcomes, timelines, and a throughline a donor can feel. Success here looks like momentum and steadily advancing conversations, clear notes about what’s next, and a gift table that keeps inching up because relationships are deepening and the cause is compelling.
This is a hybrid role that requires a minimum of two days in-office, as well as local travel throughout the Portland metro area for client meetings and events.
