Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospital Sales Representative, based in Pacific, WA. The primary responsibilities include managing hospital accounts, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting Lumenis energy-based technologies to meet sales targets. Additional tasks involve presenting product demonstrations, navigating procurement processes, and creating customized solutions for clients to meet their needs. Collaboration with internal teams to support customer onboarding and product training is also a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Sales and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to effectively demonstrate products and solutions
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or technology sales is highly preferred
- Knowledge of account management and client service strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support customer satisfaction and business growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Willingness to work on-site in Pacific, WA, and travel to client locations as needed
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
