We are seeking an exceptional Investor Relations Associate to join the team, responsible for fundraising support (including CRM and fundraising pipeline management), reporting workflows, LP servicing, materials development, and portfolio analytics.
This is a strategic, high-visibility position at the center of capital formation, investor strategy, and firm positioning. The ideal candidate has been trained in a world-class environment (private equity, venture capital, or private wealth management) and seeks to bring rigor, polish, and strategic thinking to venture capital at the highest level.
The ideal candidate combines strong attention to detail, bringing rigor to numbers and data, with the ability to develop a comprehensive view of how the firm’s companies and portfolios are performing.
What You’ll Be Doing
Capital Formation & Fundraising
- Support end-to-end fundraising processes across flagship and opportunity vehicles
- Develop and refine LP materials (pitch decks, DDQ responses, quarterly reports, portfolio/firm interim updates)
- Manage and prepare for LP meetings, annual meetings, and roadshows
- Coordinate diligence workflows with institutional investors
Investor Strategy & Relationship Management
- Track and analyze LP engagement, allocation strategy, and pipeline management
- Identify whitespace opportunities across institutions, RIAs, family offices, and sovereign platforms
- Prepare tailored materials for sophisticated investors
Analytics & Reporting
- Own portfolio and firm performance reporting, be able to interpret (and, where needed, to create) portfolio analytics and benchmarking, working closely with other groups within the organization, including investing, operating, finance, and legal
- Ensure institutional-grade quality control across all outbound materials
Strategic Projects
- Competitive market mapping
- LP segmentation strategy
- CRM optimization and workflow improvements
- Support GP-level strategic initiatives
What you bring to the role:
- 2–5 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, private wealth management, investment banking, or top-tier consulting from elite financial institutions (e.g., leading asset managers, bulge bracket banks) strongly preferred

Compensation Range: $140K - $160K
