What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct Quality Inspections: Perform routine inspections and tests on products and materials to ensure they meet established quality standards.
- Document Findings: Record and report inspection results, identifying any deviations from quality standards.
- Assist in Quality Audits: Support internal and external quality audits by preparing necessary documentation and assisting auditors.
- Implement Quality Procedures: Help in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions taken.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality assurance or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
- Analytical Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with quality inspection tools and software.
- Knowledge of Standards: Understanding of industry quality standards and regulations.
Compensation:
The annual base salary range for this role is from $XX to $YY, plus an annual target bonus of ZZ% of base salary
