Payrate: $30.00 - $32.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring accurate workload distribution and on-time process and completion by our vendor partners. Develop action and remediation plans with Vendors to address any backlogged or past due work or projects to ensure their completion of their time.
Works with internal parties and vendors to validate and correct work request descriptions and details. Ensure appropriate stakeholders are aware of and approve changes requested by Vendors.
Issues regular audit requests on completed vendor work to ensure compliance with Client's specifications and local codes. Collects and reviews audit forms and performance reporting metrics for vendors at market and national levels to build Vendor Score Card reports. Provides score card results to management for further analysis and planning.
Historically track all Vendor performance data at market, region and national levels. Identify improvement opportunities based on historical trending analysis.
Review vendor invoice requests for accuracy based on jobs assigned, completed and job unit pricing. Address any inaccuracies with Vendor and Stakeholder parties (Client's Engineering, Field Operations, etc)
Review performance analytics, vendor and Field Operations feed to identify potential contract improvements and other areas of opportunities.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications - Vendor Management Center
Tests - Results obtained in interviews and tests for this position must meet minimum requirements established by the company, in accordance with company policy.
Requires a comprehensive knowledge of telecommunication equipment, processes and systems as well as department policies and procedures.
Must have excellent written and verbal skills.
Must present a cordial and professional image of our company when working with various partners.
Must have comprehensive knowledge of MS Office or similar software to build and maintain spreadsheets, presentations and other required documents.

Must be a self-starter, highly organized and able to learn on your own.
Must be a team player.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. It requires additional instructions and some guidance on new or more complex assignments. Provides direction and guidance to less experienced teammates.
Performs complex administrative and analytical duties as needed. Follows standard procedure and guidelines. Use individual expertise to solve more complex problems.
Networking background.
Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and assist with technical problem troubleshooting
Assist in project communications; issue straightforward communications to limited audiences.
Work under supervision in coordinating specific components and project work activities.
Compile data to complete various reporting deliverables in Client's tools
Assist the Project Manager (PM) in coordination of information to support the project design and planning.
Document and track results of discussions, project planning sessions, risk mitigation plans, and modifications to project plan documents.

Must Have Skills:

Desktop computer skills are essential
G Suite Technical working knowledge
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Advance Microsoft Word
Advanced Smartsheet’s experience with dashboard creation
3-5 Years minimum outlined required skill.

Desired Skills:

Ability to review data analytics and make suggestions to improve vendor and customer experience.
Familiarity and use of AI
Ability to create and manage pivot tables and trend analysis

Education/Certifications:

Associates degree in related field (project management, telecommunications, electronics e.g.) and 3-6 years of job-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $30.00 - $32.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
