Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Paid Media Intern to join our Global Media Team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Marketing, Loyalty, Social, Sponsorships, and Field Marketing teams, where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role
Responsibilities include general oversight paid social media campaigns with a focus on social boosting for brands as well as paid media amplification for sports partnerships. This includes preparation and review of boosting campaigns (audience approaches, social tactics) as well as paid social performance reporting, in partnership with media agency. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the enhancement of paid media to highlight sports partnerships and participating in projects to evolve process and support model for social campaigns. This role is ideal for students who are curious, eager to learn, and interested in gaining real-world experience in a corporate hospitality environment.
- Support the execution of paid social campaigns across Meta, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok
- Assist with social boosting strategies to amplify brand and property-level content
- Help manage paid media initiatives tied to sports partnerships, including Formula 1 and tennis sponsorships
- Coordinate creative assets and campaign timelines with brand, partnerships, and creative teams
- Monitor campaign performance and track pacing against budgets
- Partner with paid media agency to support media plans and ensure campaigns are launched on time and with accuracy
- Participate in special initiatives and cross-functional projects that provide exposure to broader digital marketing and partnership strategies
Qualifications
Experience Required:
- 1+ years of experience in paid media, social, or other equivalent business/ function role
Experience Preferred:
- College classes in marketing, social media, and/or paid media
- Internship or other experience in marketing, social media, and/or paid media

The hourly range for this position is $21.74-$24.00.
