Gatsby Investment is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Investor Relations / Investment Sales Associate to join our team in Beverly Hills.
This is a highly investor-facing role focused on communicating with prospective and existing investors, presenting investment opportunities, and building relationships through daily interaction via phone calls, Zoom meetings, email, and in-person meetings.
A key part of the role involves proactively reaching out to new investors who sign up on our platform, introducing them to Gatsby Investment, and guiding them through our investment process.

Gatsby Investment is a real estate syndication and development company headquartered in Beverly Hills. We provide accredited investors access to pre-vetted investment opportunities, including value-add and ground-up multifamily development projects.
Since launching in 2016, Gatsby has developed 100+ properties across the Los Angeles area and delivered an average annualized return of approximately 22% to investors.
We manage the entire process in-house, including development, construction management, property management, brokerage, and design.
We have also built proprietary investment software that gives investors an easy and intuitive platform to review opportunities, track investments, and invest directly online.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing investors
- Contact new investors who sign up on the platform and introduce them to Gatsby Investment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors via phone, Zoom, email, and in-person meetings
- Respond to investor inquiries and present current and upcoming investment opportunities
- Guide investors through setting up their account on the platform and completing their investments
- Schedule and follow up on investor calls and meetings
- Provide strong investor communication and customer service
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, investor relations, or financial services, working with high-net-worth or accredited investors
- Understanding of real estate investing and syndications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Confident communicating with investors through phone calls, video meetings, and email
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Working Environment
This is a full-time, in-office position located in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, CA.
Compensation
Compensation ranges from $80,000 – $150,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. The package includes base salary plus performance-based incentives tied to investment sales and investor relationships.
