Job Overview
For this role we are looking for a full-time, on-site Project Manager that has strong leadership and communication skills who is detail oriented and highly organized that can solve problems as they arise. This job is located in Belle Rose, LA. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate various projects across the company's divisions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer requirements. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinate closely with internal teams—Estimating, Procurement, Shop, and Quality Control. Lead projects from RFQ analysis through engineering, procurement, fabrication, and invoicing. Review specifications, drawings, and code requirements to ensure compliance while supervising project progress. This role will also require managing resources effectively and addressing potential issues to ensure project success. Must be able to maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. PMP certification is a plus.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Strong background in Project Management and proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Expediting and Expeditor tasks, ensuring timely delivery of project components
- Skills in Logistics Management and coordination of materials, equipment, and team members
- Proficiency in Inspection processes and ensuring compliance with project specifications
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site at the Belle Rose, LA location
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in metal fabrication or industrial services is a plus
- 5–8 years of project management experience, ideally in pressure vessels or metal fabrication.
- AutoCAD, Office 365, Adobe Pro
- Preferred: Inventor, ProNest, Bluebeam
- Ability to perform engineering take-offs and calculations preferred.
- Experience with MS Project or similar scheduling tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of ASME/ API code compliance is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
