This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys building relationships, driving revenue, and representing a brand in the community. The Sales Executive will play a key role in executing marketing strategies, expanding partnerships, and supporting sales growth.
What You’ll Do
- Achieve and exceed sales goals within an assigned territory
- Execute sales plans aligned with company growth objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing distribution partners
- Implement creative sales and outreach strategies to meet channel needs
- Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations
- Prospect for new business and partnership opportunities
- Attend industry events and trade shows to increase brand awareness
- Participate in professional development and training seminars
- Lead and mentor a team of 5–7 Sales Representatives, ensuring team and individual KPIs are met
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, marketing, or content creation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Comfortable using POS systems and sales tools
- Reliable transportation to our Kansas City office
- Professional, confident, and client-focused demeanor
