Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area, combining in-office and remote work flexibility. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and maintaining a thorough understanding of the company’s product offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and engaging potential clients, managing sales pipelines, conducting product presentations, preparing proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs. The Sales Executive will also participate in sales strategy development to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales, account management, and customer relationship-building.
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities in a professional setting.
- Ability to identify customer needs and align them with the appropriate products and solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of manufacturing and product customization is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
