Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

We are looking for a driven, detail‑oriented Manufacturing Account Manager (Inside Sales & Customer Support) to join our team and help shape the future of our organization.
Position Overview
This role serves as a key connection point between EPS and our customers. You’ll manage accounts, support daily customer needs, coordinate internally with production and engineering, and ensure accurate, timely communication. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and enjoys problem‑solving, organization, and building strong customer relationships.
You’ll join a supportive team and work on‑site at our Alpharetta, GA facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain ongoing communication between customers and EPS personnel.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive, solutions‑focused attitude.
- Know when to escalate complex customer requests to the Sales Manager.
- Enter and update customer and vendor information in the ERP system.
- Collect all required documentation to prepare accurate quotations.
- Enter new and repeat customer orders.
- Adjust customer releases in the system as needed (daily/weekly).
- Create and update labels for new and existing parts.
- Prepare Engineering Change documentation received from customers.
- Expedite vendor orders to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Ask effective questions to quickly identify and resolve issues.
- Apply understanding of manufacturing processes and machine capabilities to support quoting, engineering changes, and quality discussions.
- Collaborate on team projects and assignments.
- Organize, prioritize, and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Assist with customer visits and audits.
- Provide clear written communication as needed.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, and/or customer service within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive, self‑driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Sense of urgency when handling time‑sensitive tasks.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- ERP system experience required; JobBOSS preferred, but other systems are acceptable.
