We’re looking for a creative, detail-obsessed Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life across gifts, packaging, and sales & marketing materials. You will become an essential part of Lennox’s team, supporting key aspects of the business. The ideal candidate is a trend-forward visionary who is ready to help turn brainstorms and concepts into high-quality designs.
You will join a small, entrepreneurial 6-person team that is driven and creative, working together to build a new business in the gifting space.
This is a remote position with a request to be in the office once a month. The expected commitment is 12 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing it.
We are looking for someone who can start in spring 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design execution of logos, taglines, icons, etc., for customization on clothing and products
- Alongside the Account team, lead and present creative initiatives to the client
- Produce digital mockups, visual concepts, and other digital assets for client approval
- Develop digital renderings of packaging such as boxes, tissue paper, inserts, and stickers
- Ability to convey ideas in a tangible and creative way
- Understand the client scope
- Work closely with the sales and account team
- High level of communication skills to ensure requests are comprehended, and deliveries are timely and accurate
- Stay up to date with client brand standards, client events, industry trends, and fashion trends
- Prepare print-ready files based on our decorators' requirements
- Understand multiple product decoration methods
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in design, preferably in corporate gifting, marketing, events, and branding
- Creative yet efficient thinking
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- High level of understanding of brand guidelines (colors, typography, graphics)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication
- Fulfillment from producing quality work
