Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Professional to join our team full-time at Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando, located in Orlando, FL. This is an on-site role, where you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the perfect vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget. Daily tasks include conducting test drives, maintaining in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales goals. You will represent the Mercedes-Benz brand with professionalism, build strong customer relationships, and offer an excellent buying experience from initial contact to closing the sale.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Sales experience, preferably in the automotive or luxury goods sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using sales-related software and databases.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations.
- A strong interest in the automotive industry and enthusiasm for the Mercedes-Benz brand.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends as needed.
