This is a one-call close sales role working exclusively with pre-qualified homeowners actively requesting consultations.

The Role
As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will meet homeowners in their homes, design customized remodeling solutions, and guide clients confidently from consultation to signed agreement.
You will combine consultative selling, design visualization, and closing expertise to deliver a premium customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Run company-provided appointments with homeowners
- Deliver a structured in-home sales presentation using an iPad
- Design custom bath and remodeling solutions in real time
- Build value through needs analysis and product education
- Present pricing and confidently close same-day sales
- Manage pipeline and follow-up when required
- Maintain professional brand representation in clients’ homes
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance coaching
Requirements
- Proven success in in-home closing sales
- Strong one-call-close ability
- Excellent rapport-building and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable presenting to homeowners for 60–120 minutes
- Tech-comfortable with tablet presentations and design software
- Reliable transportation
- Local to the Grand Junction / Western Colorado area
Compensation
- Uncapped commission structure

Performance Bonus:
Sales consultants receive an additional $1500 performance bonus after their first month with $100,000 in net sold business.
