Job Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral design and customer service, with a background in retail and supervisory experience.
Duties
- Create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock is fresh and appealing
- Supervise and train junior staff members in floral design techniques
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a florist shop or similar retail environment
- Proficiency in retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with clients
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
