Marketing Specialist – Clinical Research Industry
We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Specialist with proven experience in the clinical research industry to join our team. This is not an entry-level role. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies to promote clinical trials, site capabilities, and industry partnerships
- Design and manage patient recruitment campaigns using digital, community, and targeted outreach strategies
- Create and manage professional content across LinkedIn, website platforms, email campaigns, and industry marketing materials
- Analyze marketing analytics, performance metrics, and campaign data to optimize strategy and improve ROI
- Work closely with Business Development teams to support sponsor, CRO, and physician engagement
- Support marketing initiatives tied to industry conferences and strategic partnerships
- Identify new marketing opportunities that help the organization expand its visibility and study pipeline
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (Required)
- Clinical research industry experience (Required)
- Demonstrated experience reviewing marketing analytics, campaign performance data, and conversion metrics
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and performance reporting
- Ability to independently manage multiple marketing initiatives and deliver measurable results
- Excellent written communication and professional content development skills
