In this role, you’ll help shape product experiences from concept to prototype to production, working closely with product leaders and developers to design experiences that are both beautiful and highly functional.

What You’ll Do
- Design thoughtful, user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Turn product ideas into wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to shape product strategy and user experience.
- Rapidly prototype and test design concepts to validate ideas and improve usability.
- Create clean, modern UI designs that align with brand and accessibility standards.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system and UI component library.
- Present and explain design decisions with confidence and clarity.
- Partner with engineers to ensure designs are implemented with pixel-perfect accuracy.
- Continuously improve the user experience through testing, feedback, and data insights.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of UX/UI design experience creating digital products.
- Strong expertise in Figma including prototyping and component systems.
- A portfolio demonstrating clean visual design, thoughtful UX thinking, and interactive prototypes.
- Strong understanding of user flows, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Experience designing responsive products across desktop and mobile.
- Ability to balance creativity with usability and business goals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, or modern frameworks.
- Experience designing SaaS, dashboards, or data-heavy applications.
- Experience with usability testing or user research.
- Experience building design systems.
- Motion design or micro-interaction experience.
