Slate Architecture is Hiring!
We’re growing and looking to add an Architect or Design Professional to our team in both our Omaha and Helena offices - preferably someone on the path to licensure with 3–5 years of experience and a passion for thoughtful, well-crafted design.
At Slate, you’ll work on meaningful projects across community, civic, hospitality, housing, and commercial work—alongside a collaborative team that values good ideas, clear communication, and doing things the right way. We’re hands-on, supportive, and genuinely enjoy what we do—for each other and for the communities we serve.
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of professional experience
- Licensed, or actively on the path to architectural licensure
- Desire to lead projects from start to finish through all phases of design
- Strong design sensibility and technical curiosity
- Comfortable collaborating across disciplines and meeting with clients
- Interested in growing, learning, and contributing to a positive studio culture
- Motivated to make a positive impact in the communities we live and work in
