Core Duties for the Entry Level Sales Coordinator:
- Canvass residential neighborhoods to introduce and enroll customers in Frontier’s internet, TV, and home phone services.
- Educate homeowners and residents on Frontier product features, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist customers with new service enrollments, upgrades, and account setup.
- Overcome objections with professionalism while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Record all customer interactions and sales activity in the company CRM system.
- Stay up to date with Frontier promotions, packages, and product knowledge through ongoing training.
Key Attributes for the Entry Level Sales Coordinator:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or door-to-door canvassing is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently engage with residents face-to-face.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a sales environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to maximize residential outreach.
