What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a driven, high-ownership Sales Development Representative who thrives in high-volume outbound and wants to build real pipeline with enterprise buyers.
The right person will:
- Bring relentless hustle and ownership to outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Continuously improve their approach by learning from every conversation and refining messaging.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with senior decision-makers over phone and email.
- Maintain excellent CRM discipline so pipeline, follow-ups, and insights stay organized and actionable.
- Consistently hit or exceed meeting and pipeline generation targets.
Experience:
- 1–3+ years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience preferred
- Strong new graduates with exceptional drive are also welcome to apply.
- We care most about grit, coachability, and a bias toward action — not a perfect resume.
