Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer / Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills and experience using 2020 Design software to create kitchen, bathroom, and flooring layouts for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers to understand their kitchen, bathroom, and flooring needs
- Create professional designs and layouts using 2020 Design software
- Provide product recommendations and assist customers through the design process
- Prepare estimates and close sales
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Measure area square footage/yrd
- Order material
Requirements:
- Experience using 2020 Design software
- Previous sales experience (kitchen, bath, flooring, or home improvement preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and follow up with customers
- Basic knowledge of cabinets, countertops, flooring, and remodeling products
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in kitchen and bath design
- Knowledge of cabinetry brands and materials
- Strong closing and negotiation skills

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
