5BYFIVE Creative is seeking a highly organized Project Manager with strong social media campaign experience to support workflow across client accounts and our in-house creative team.
This role reports to our Account Managers and helps coordinate the execution of branding, web, digital marketing, and social media initiatives. You’ll help keep projects organized, timelines moving, and creative teams aligned — while also playing an active role in planning and executing organic social media campaigns.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing both project workflows and social content planning.
What You’ll Do
Project & Workflow Management
- Build and manage project timelines and task lists
- Coordinate workflow between account managers, designers, developers, and strategists
- Track project milestones, scope, and deliverables
- Support client meetings and follow-up documentation
- Identify and resolve workflow challenges
Organic Social Media Campaign Management
- Plan and manage organic social media calendars for B2B and B2C clients
- Generate creative ideas for social content and campaigns
- Coordinate captions, imagery, and supporting assets
- Assist with planning and capturing visual content for social posts
- Collaborate with designers to develop social graphics and short-form content
- Track performance and help refine content strategies
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in project management, marketing coordination, or agency roles
- Demonstrated experience planning or executing organic social media campaigns
- Experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Hybrid work schedule (3 in-office / 2 remote)
