Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Associate at Xpherium. The Sales Associate will focus on prospecting and building strong customer relationships, executing sales strategies to meet and exceed growth targets. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, presenting solutions aligned with customer needs, managing the sales cycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also requires maintaining an in-depth understanding of Xpherium's offerings to effectively communicate their value to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities to articulate solutions to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software
- Multitasking, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to manage various client needs simultaneously
- Understanding of AI, data analytics, or enterprise technology platforms (preferred)
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-lasting relationships
- Previous experience in B2B sales or SaaS solutions is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
