Role Description
We’re looking for a CEO Multiplier — part strategist, part operator, part chaos coordinator, and part professional “Of course, this too should be a part of my job from today” person.
You will work directly with the CEO across everything that matters to an early-stage startup:
• Strategy
• Sales
• Investors
• Product
• Hiring
• Partnerships
• Random fires that appear on Tuesday mornings
Some days you’ll help shape the future of AI in construction. Other days you’ll be figuring out why a contractor in Texas emailed us a 600-page bid package at 11:47 PM.
Both have their own importance.
What You’ll Actually Do
This role is designed for someone who likes variety, speed, and solving new problems every day.
You might be:
Strategy & CEO Office
• Helping the CEO turn big ideas into actual execution
• Preparing for investor meetings, board conversations, and strategic partnerships
• Turning messy startup thoughts into clear plans
Sales & Growth
• Supporting enterprise sales conversations with general contractors
• Preparing materials for demos and pilots
• Helping refine messaging for AI agents in pre-construction
Operations
• Running special projects across product, GTM, hiring, and partnerships
• Making sure important things actually happen (a rare startup superpower)
Product & Market Insight
• Talking to contractors, estimators, and innovation leaders
• Turning market feedback into actionable insights for the team
