Start Mid-June – with probation period till end of September with possibility of extension.
We are seeking a qualified project facilitator to support our fast-paced real estate team during our current OP’s leave.
Our team consists of 6 agents and 2 support staff, and this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.
The ideal candidate is California real estate licensed, highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent multitasker.
This position works closely with clients, vendors, title and escrow companies, transaction coordinators, and internal team members. Must be familiar with writing offers or willing to learn and be trained on docs, and available when needed for paperwork on weekends.

Successful performance in this role positions you for a seamless transition into a full-time Agent career or a permanent spot on the support team as we continue to expand as one of the top producing real estate teams in the bay area.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, proactive, and highly detail-oriented. Previous team management or leadership experience is strongly preferred.

Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact to ensure transactions run smoothly from start to finish
- Working one-on-one with clients, vendors, and internal partners
- Supporting and collaborating with the listings manager and admin/marketing team
- Overseeing, reviewing, and approving all marketing and advertising materials
- Delegating tasks to team members and ensuring deadlines are met
- Serving as the right-hand support to the lead agent, including drafting offers, counter-offers, addenda, and preparing disclosures
- Showing property when needed
- Hosting broker tours, open houses, and showing properties when required
This role may be an especially strong fit for a seasoned agent interested in gaining a behind-the-scenes understanding of our team structure, systems, and workflow.
