IDR is seeking a UX Researcher to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves conducting comprehensive user research to inform and improve digital products in a highly technical environment. The company specializes in innovative web and mobile solutions, with a focus on leveraging AI technologies.
Position Overview for the UX Researcher:
- Lead and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research using various methods such as interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
- Analyze research findings and synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Communicate research results through presentations, reports, and storytelling to influence product and design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to incorporate user insights into the product development process.
- Advocate for user needs by identifying usability issues and opportunities for enhancement.
Requirements for the UX Researcher:
- At least 5 years of experience leading and conducting UX research for web and mobile products using a range of methodologies.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate research insights.
- Strong storytelling ability to translate complex research findings into compelling narratives.
- Ability to thrive in highly technical and complex environments, navigate ambiguity, and approach challenges proactively.
- Experience using research platforms such as UserTesting, Qualtrics, and Optimal Workshop to plan, conduct, and analyze studies.
