At One Seed Builders, you’ll help homeowners completely transform their properties with full front yard and backyard remodels. Every consultation you run is an inbound homeowner requesting a design meeting. Your job is simple: walk the property, build the vision, and close the project.
Our projects typically range from $25k – $150k+ outdoor transformations, creating real earning potential for strong closers.
We run a structured in-home consultation process designed to close projects in a single visit. If you're disciplined with a proven sales approach, you'll thrive here.
You’ll receive 20–40 inbound leads per month and earn 10% commission on gross sales.
Behind you is a full support system including an in-house architect producing photorealistic 3D renderings, a full production team, project managers, and office staff generating leads and managing logistics.
One Seed Builders is rapidly growing, and we are expanding our sales team to keep up with demand. You’ll be working directly with the founder and leadership team as we scale the company.
This role rewards discipline, preparation, and confident closing.

If you’ve succeeded in solar, roofing, HVAC, windows, or other in-home sales, you’ll feel right at home here.
Top performers in this role consistently close 25–35% of consultations.
