Role Description
This is a contract role for a Sales Representative, located on-site in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Sales Representative will engage potential clients to promote and sell Q1 Wines products. Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales quotas, conducting tastings and presentations, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients, understand their needs, and present solutions.
- Knowledge of the wine industry or a willingness to learn, including familiarity with wine varieties and pairing recommendations.
- Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to efficiently manage a diverse workload and client portfolio.
- Previous experience in sales roles or customer-facing positions is beneficial.
- Flexibility to work on-site in the New York City Metropolitan Area and travel as needed for client meetings or events.
- Self-motivation and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
