Account Representative
We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Account Representative to join our team! If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers find the right solutions, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored sales solutions
- Maintain relationships with new customer accounts while seeking opportunities for growth
- Handle new sales transactions, answer customer concerns/questions, and provide excellent customer support
- Keep accurate records of interactions and sales account updates in our system
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships
- Organized with solid attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Prior customer service or account management experience is a plus but not required
