We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can help us execute campaigns, coordinate content, and support product launches.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions
- Manage timelines, tasks, and approvals
- Work with internal teams and outside vendors to get content produced
- Help coordinate product photos, install videos, and social media assets
- Schedule and support social media posts
- Build and send email/SMS campaigns
- QA marketing content before it goes live
- Keep assets organized and accessible
What This Role Is (and Isn’t):
This role is about execution and coordination.
- You will help get content and campaigns out the door
- You will not be the sole content creator or strategist
- You will work with editors, designers, and other team members
- You won’t be managing ads or running the entire marketing department
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of marketing experience
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools (Klaviyo preferred), content production workflows (photo/video coordination)
