Our work is grounded in real-world experience—many of our advisors are former CEOs and senior operators—bringing practical, business-first insight to the leaders of the world’s most complex organizations.
This is a high-exposure, high-learning role suited for an experienced coordinator looking to grow and expand their impact.
What you’ll do

- Build and manage project plans, track deadlines, and drive follow-through
- Create polished, client-facing proposals, presentations, and engagement materials independently and at times in partnership with the marketing department
- Partner closely with finance on contracting and billing
- Spend significant time in Salesforce supporting sales and delivery teams
- Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex, matrixed work
What we’re looking for
- Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working in ambiguity
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong pattern recognition and broad curiosity about the way our customers and clients work
- 3–5+ years of experience in project management, account management, HR / talent and leadership development, consulting, or a related field
Skills
- Excel and PowerPoint required
- Microsoft 365 proficiency
- Salesforce experience a plus (other CRM experience or strong willingness to learn)
Why this role
- Direct exposure to senior executives, former CEOs, and top business leaders
- Work with globally recognized organizations
- Highly collaborative, energized team
- Real responsibility, real growth, real client impact
Role may be based in either Washington, DC or New York, NY, with a hybrid schedule (2 days per week in office) depending on location.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience. The ExCo Group offers a competitive benefits package, including 401k, healthcare coverage and a generous vacation policy.
To be considered, please submit your resume and a short cover letter telling us why this role excites you and why you’d be a great fit.
