As part of our growing team, we are seeking a highly organized and commercially driven National Account Manager to support the growth and performance of our retail partnerships. This role will manage day-to-day relationships with key retail accounts, ensuring strong sell-through, effective marketing activations, and seamless operational execution across our brand portfolio.
The Account Manager will work closely with internal teams, brand partners, and retailer buying teams to drive revenue growth, optimize in-store and online performance, and execute strategic account plans.

Your missions will include:
Retail Account Management - 50%
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, understanding their commercial priorities and strategic goals.
- Partner with retailer buying teams on seasonal planning, assortment strategy, and new launches.
- Negotiate case line updates, assortment expansions, and planogram placements tailored to each retailer.
- Ensure brands are well positioned within retailer assortments to maximize visibility and sales performance.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned accounts.
- Identify opportunities to expand distribution, drive innovation launches, and increase retail footprint.
- Support the conversion of prospective retail partners and develop long-term profitable relationships.
- Maintain strong commercial discipline, managing pricing, margins, and promotional investments.
- Accurately report and forecast sales performance, including monthly sales, promotional activity, and growth opportunities.
Marketing & Promotional Strategy - 15%
- Manage co-op marketing strategy and budgets, negotiating placements, visibility, and promotional opportunities with retailers.
- Oversee retailer programming, including promotions, GWPs (gift with purchase), sampling, digital placements, and in-store activations.
- Collaborate with brand marketing teams to align retailer activations with seasonal campaigns and product launches.
- Identify new opportunities to enhance brand presence, storytelling, and retail performance.
Brand Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration - 20%
- Align retailer objectives with brand positioning and long-term strategic goals.
- Work closely with brand marketing teams to support product launches and key campaigns.
- Manage timelines, workflow, and deliverables to ensure all programming and initiatives are executed on schedule.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand positioning, assortment strategy, and retail execution.
- Partner with internal teams including operations, logistics, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth account execution.
Team Coordination - 15%
- Manage and support a Sales Coordinator, providing clear direction, regular 1:1s, coaching and performance feedback.
- Oversee delegation of daily operations while expanding the Sales Coordinator’s responsibilities.
- Manage two field team members’ schedule and performance
Skills:
- 5+ years of wholesale sales or account management experience, within the beauty industry.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple senior retailer relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including understanding of sales forecasting, margin management, and retail KPIs.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and brand teams.
- Solution orientated, self-starter and ability to work independently with clear focus on deliverables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
- Experience managing promotional calendars, retail marketing activations, and account forecasting is preferred.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work in a small and fast-paced team
