Full-time position in Beverly, MA
This is not a slow-moving corporate gig. We make custom patches, coins, badges and other products for people who want bold, no-BS work. Now we’re adding someone who can handle the admin grind and bring serious energy to our social media & live selling game.
What You’ll Do
- Keep the office organized: invoicing, emails, scheduling, ordering supplies.
- Create and manage content on Meta & TikTok that fits our style - bold, clean, no fluff.
- Run live selling streams on WhatNot (think product drops, engaging with our community, and keeping the energy up).
- Assist with shipping and fulfillment when the team needs backup.
- Support the crew so projects move forward without roadblocks.
What We’re Looking For
- Responsible, organized, reliable, and able to juggle different tasks without dropping the ball.
- Comfortable creating content and running social media (bonus if you’ve done live selling/streaming before).
- Strong communicator - quick on your feet and able to talk to customers both online and in person.
- Knows how to use (or is quick to learn) tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, and TikTok/Meta Creator tools.
- Not afraid to get hands-on - sometimes that means assisting with packing boxes when assistance is periodically needed in the warehouse, sometimes it’s running a live stream.
Bonus Points If You
- Already know WhatNot live selling and how to keep an audience engaged.
- Have invoicing or admin experience that keeps things smooth behind the scenes.
- Bring creative ideas for social growth and live content.
