Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Tampa, FL. As a Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building and managing strong client relationships, creating sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, and collaborating with team members to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional sales experience working as a BDR, SDR, or AE
- Experience in outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business
- Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation abilities
- Strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficient with Google Workspace and CRM platforms
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- A bachelor's degree from a top university is preferred
- Startup experience is a plus
Compensation: The salary for this position is $60,000 annually plus commission.
