Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Sales Manager role based in Lutz, FL. The Sales Manager will drive local business development efforts, develop strategic partnerships, and build long-term client and community relationships. Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, implementing sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. The role also involves regularly representing the company at community events and acting as an ambassador for the Comfort Keepers brand.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client and community relationships
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Leadership skills, including the ability to motivate teams and adapt sales strategies
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills for managing sales pipelines and achieving targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in senior care or healthcare services is a plus
