About the Role
Essex 312 is seeking a resourceful, creative, and highly organized Marketing/Admin Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is a dynamic blend of hands-on marketing execution and day-to-day administrative coordination — playing a key part in elevating the Essex 312 brand, amplifying broker success, and keeping our operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
Marketing
- Manage and grow Essex 312’s social media presence, including drafting and scheduling posts that showcase listings, market insights, broker spotlights, and company news
- Design and produce marketing materials including property flyers, postcards, digital graphics, and email campaigns using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Coordinate print mailing campaigns — submit postcard/flyer designs for printing, manage vendor timelines, and ensure on-time delivery
- Support broker-specific marketing needs, including property brochures, offering memorandums, and customized pitch materials
- Manage Mailchimp email marketing campaigns, including list management, campaign creation, and basic performance tracking
- Maintain and update the Essex 312 website with current listings, team updates, and relevant market news
- Post and maintain property listings on MLS, LoopNet, and other relevant platforms
- Assist in developing content for press releases, blog posts, market reports, and company announcements
- Support event marketing for client appreciation events, real estate workshops, and networking functions — including invites, signage, and promotional materials
- Monitor Essex 312’s online brand presence and maintain consistency across third-party platforms
Administrative Coordination
- Order custom real estate signs through our distributor and coordinate yard sign installation and removal schedules
- Update property transaction details and documents in Buildout software on a weekly basis
- Monitor and route voicemails to appropriate brokers in a timely manner
- Assist in creating and improving systems and workflows for various operational processes
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and speakers to support company events and broker initiatives
- Check in regularly with the team to monitor transaction progress and upcoming needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, on-brand content
- Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop); Microsoft Office and Google Drive
- Experience managing LinkedIn and other social media platforms for a business or brand
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and appreciation for brand consistency
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with Mailchimp, Buildout, DocuSign, or similar platforms is a plus
- Background or interest in commercial real estate is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a competitive base salary of $50,000–$55,000 plus bonus, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays.
