Company Description
Narrative Distribution is a global film and television distributor built to help content owners monetize at scale across streaming, transactional, broadcast, and digital platforms. Formed in 2024 as part of the broader Narrative® family of companies, the company combines modern cloud-based delivery and rights infrastructure with a senior team of proven distribution executives based in Los Angeles, New York, and London. Narrative Distribution maintains direct partnerships with leading platforms – from Amazon and Apple to Disney and Netflix – releasing over one hundred new titles annually while expanding a rapidly growing library with a strong focus on free ad-supported streaming, broadcast channels, and long-term rights monetization.
The company releases content through a portfolio of forward-thinking distribution labels: Chroma, a US-based global distributor championing science fiction and horror genre films; Persimmon, a global label devoted to mystery, romance, and true crime storytelling with a focus on direct-to-streaming and television; Wolfe Video, the longest-running and largest distributor of LGBTQ+ films in the world, celebrating its 40th anniversary; and classic film restoration label, Treasury. The Sales Operations function sits at the intersection of the company’s commercial and content operations teams, ensuring that what is sold is tracked, delivered, and verified across all labels.
Role Description
The Sales Operations Coordinator is an essential connective role within Narrative Distribution, responsible for the operational workflows that link the company’s sales and licensing activity. This position supports the licensing and distribution pipeline across all four Narrative Distribution labels — from entering, maintaining and enriching title metadata, to generating rights availability reports for prospective buyers through to tracking delivery orders, verifying fulfillment, and auditing the rights landscape to identify conflicts or commercial opportunities. The Sales Operations Coordinator works closely with the Sales team, the General Manager, the Finance department, and the Deliveries Manager, and will regularly interface with external platform partners and licensees.
This role also contributes to the company’s technology stack by supporting the procurement and implementation of SaaS tools that improve the efficiency and accuracy of sales operations workflows.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, commercially curious professional with an interest in content distribution, rights management, and the operational systems that underpin modern film and television licensing. Prior experience in entertainment is strongly valued but not required — candidates with strong operations, data, or process coordination backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

- Comfort working with spreadsheets and data-driven workflows; high proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is essential.
- Clear, professional written communication skills suitable for external partner correspondence.
- Curiosity about technology (especially AI) and a willingness to learn and own new tools and platforms.
Preferred
- Familiarity with rights management or distribution platforms (especially Molten) is a plus.
- Experience with or knowledge of AVOD, SVOD, and TVOD distribution models and content delivery workflows.
