The Role
A hands-on position split between managing our online store and supporting in-store operations. You’ll handle everything from Shopify product listings and social content creation to helping customers on the sales floor.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update our Shopify store—product listings, images, pricing, and promotions
- Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (photos, Reels, stories)
- Shoot and edit product videos including basic color correction
- Design graphics and ad creatives using Canva or similar tools
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across social platforms
- Process online orders, coordinate shipping, and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist customers on the boutique floor with styling and sales
- Support inventory management across online and in-store channels
- Use AI tools to streamline content creation, copywriting, and workflow efficiency
- Help maintain website pages and assist with website updates as needed
Required Skills
- Shopify experience (or similar e-commerce platform)
- Social media management and content creation experience
- Video editing and color correction skills (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
- Retail sales and customer service experience
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Creative eye for fashion, styling, and visual presentation
- AI and prompt-engineering savvy—comfortable using AI tools to boost productivity
Preferred Skills
- Website creation or web design experience
- Digital advertising expertise (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads)
- Email marketing experience (Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
- Photography and product styling skills
- Knowledge of women’s fashion trends and the boutique market
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
