Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs and offering tailored banking solutions.
- Assist customers with account openings, updates, and maintenance to ensure seamless banking experiences.
- Analyze fraud reports and take immediate action to perform mitigation on accounts.
- Utilize financial software and tools to manage accounts, record transactions, and generate reports accurately.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of banking products and services to educate clients and promote additional offerings that meet their needs.
- Assist Retail & Marketing Manager with training and development of Retail staff.
Skills
- Proven experience in banking, preferably as a personal banker, loan officer or in a related role.
- Strong understanding of the role of sales and customer service in a community bank environment.
- Excellent math skills and proficiency in basic calculations essential for financial assessments.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally.
- High ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines.
- Solid knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance at all times. Pay: $20.77 - $31.00 per hour
