Job Summary:
Wonder Cave is looking for highly motivated individuals with education, interest and/or experience in Analytics, Marketing, and Client Management to join our Operations team as an Analyst. Wonder Cave is focused on delivering best-in-class text messaging technology and services. Continued investment in innovation and R&D are key priorities for Wonder Cave to elevate the client and user experience with a focus on data intelligence and scalability to meet the ever-increasing demand for connection.
This position requires a self-starter mentality with an appetite to learn and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Individuals that have strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and the ability to problem solve are critical for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gaining knowledge of the messaging ecosystem and Wonder Cave’s product offering
- Play critical role in supporting both Client Operations and Business Operations functions for Wonder Cave
- Help managing the client relationship and day to day responsibilities of Wonder Cave’s platforms - maintain responsiveness to platform users
- Help manage Support Ticket platform and client feedback to ensure we are meeting expectations. This includes playing a key role in client registration & onboarding to our platform
- Troubleshooting and problem solving across Wonder Cave teams and external customers
- Handle multiple projects at a time while meeting client deadlines
- Contribute to product development and future strategy
Position Requirements:
This position is for individuals who are self-starters driven to make an immediate impact on Wonder Cave’s team. Individuals should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related degree
- Exceptional communication and client services skills
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to problem solve
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to prioritize and excel in a high-paced environment; time management and organization are a must
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
