About the Role:
Riverstone at Long Shoals in
Arden, NC is preparing for an exciting Phase 3
lease-up in
Fall 2026, and we’re looking for a motivated
Leasing Consultant to join the team early and help bring this next chapter to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Additional Responsibilities:
- Be a market competition guru, knowing features, benefits, and pricing.
- Adapt your leasing presentation to secure a “yes.”
- Follow up and build rapport naturally.
- Plan and host exciting resident events and on-site activities.
- Adhere to company policies, tenant and housing laws, and lease provisions.
- Maintain accuracy and quality in administrative tasks.
- Manage property social media to company standards.
- Take on additional duties as requested.
- Maintain high leasing, occupancy, and retention rates, even during construction.
- Show loyalty and care for your teammates.
- Ensure reputation scores meet or exceed industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Proven track record in customer service or sales.
- High school education or equivalent preferred.
- Strong work ethic and intrinsic motivation.
- Experience with Yardi or property management software is a plus.

Pay: The pay for this opportunity can vary and may range anywhere from $18 to $19 per hour. The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.
