We are looking for a talented Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team in Irvine, California. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and marketing support to a high-performing commercial real estate team, ensuring seamless operations and impactful marketing campaigns. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to combine organizational skills with creative expertise to drive results in a dynamic industry.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate administrative and operational tasks to support commercial real estate brokers effectively.
• Create and update marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and property descriptions using Adobe InDesign.
• Maintain accurate property listings across company platforms and industry websites.
• Assist with multichannel marketing campaigns, including email outreach and social media initiatives.
• Manage data entry tasks with precision and maintain records in various systems.
• Collaborate with vendors to produce marketing collateral and prepare property tours.
• Support brokers in gathering materials for transactions, such as agreements and contracts.
• Monitor marketing expenses and ensure timely delivery of outsourced projects.
• Work closely with team members to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and optimize processes.
• Contribute ideas and solutions to enhance marketing strategies and team efficiency.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing or administrative roles, preferably in commercial real estate or related services.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, with at least 1 year of relevant use; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
• Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a courteous demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities with exceptional organizational skills.
• Experience creating marketing collateral and implementing multichannel marketing strategies.
• Detail-oriented and proactive, with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems.
• Familiarity with real estate industry practices is advantageous but not required.
