Duration: 3 months, possibly extended for another 3 months afterwards.

The Role
This is a 3-month, hands-on immersion into the full marketing engine of a global toy brand. You’ll help develop marketing concepts, build launch plans, and support campaigns across our D2C site, social channels, influencer partnerships, conventions, and showroom.
What You’ll Do
- Support the development of marketing concepts and go-to-market plans for new product launches and seasonal campaigns
- Help build rollout strategies across channels — retail, D2C, social, and events — and track execution milestones
- Research market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform brand and product positioning
- Contribute to content planning and copywriting across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Coordinate influencer seedings, unboxings, and creator collaborations
- Help manage the Jada Toys D2C site — promotions, product drops, and site merchandising
- Assist with planning and on-site execution at conventions and trade events (Comic-Con, Toy Fair)
- Maintain and refresh the LA showroom for retail buyer visits and presentations
What We’re Looking For
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Genuine enthusiasm for toys, collectibles, pop culture, gaming, or fandom culture
• Strong strategic thinking — you can connect a product idea to a target audience and a channel plan
• Comfortable with social media platforms and curious about what makes content perform
• Analytical and organized — comfortable in spreadsheets and pulling insights from data
• Clear, confident communicator in both writing and presentations
• Self-starter who takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what to do next
Bonus: Shopify or e-commerce experience; content creation portfolio; multilingual (Spanish or German)
