Role and Responsibilities
You will have big ideas and take great care in crafting every word of your copy. You will work in a collaborative environment with art directors, designers, strategists, social specialists, producers, account managers, and videographers to make award-winning creative across all screens and media. You will receive guidance and mentorship from several award-winning creative directors, who will help you translate your hard work and talent into a successful career. Specifically, your responsibilities will be:
o Concepting campaigns across all media
o Concepting and script writing for video and radio
o Concepting and copywriting for activations
o Social media concepts and copy
o Emails and website copy
o Supervision of video and other productions
o Presentation of ideas to internal stakeholders
Requirements
Monster copywriters are storytellers who are passionate about the craft of copywriting and want to develop that craft to a high level. They are ambitious, hungry to win awards and put ideas into the world that make a difference. They also have:
o Internship experience copywriting in a creative agency environment
o Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Communications, English or other relevant field
o Portfolio of unexpected ideas that demonstrate a high level of creativity and writing skill
o Openness to collaboration and mentorship; this is a team sport
o Effective communication and presentation skills

Compensation and Benefits
3HM salaries are competitive and appropriate to your experience level. On top of salary, every monster enjoys profit sharing bonuses – when the agency wins, you win.
