- Engaging directly with senior executives, with a first-principles lens that challenges assumptions and presents findings with full intellectual honesty, while driving complex strategic decisions
- Managing client partnerships as well as internal firm-building work, with the ability to navigate select stretches of sustained intensity
Mandatory Qualifications
Flowing from the exacting nature of the Associate role, the qualification requirements are:
- Candidates with advanced degrees (e.g., M.B.A., J.D., Ph.D., M.D.) are strongly preferred, though exceptional undergraduate candidates will be considered on a case-by-case basis
- 3–5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate law, or adjacent fields, with a track record of professional excellence and outsized impact
- Top-percentile analytical, writing, and communication abilities
