Our team combines deep local market expertise with cutting-edge digital marketing strategies to dominate our market. We’re growing rapidly and looking for a motivated marketing and social media coordinator who wants to learn the intersection of real estate and modern marketing.
Position Overview
Position: Social Media and Marketing Coordinator
Type: Full time (40 hours/week), permanent, on-site, in-person
Compensation: $20-22/hour (based on experience)
What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Social Media (40%)
- Assist in creating and designing engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Tik Tok
- Help produce property showcase materials including graphics, short videos, and written descriptions
- Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms using social media management tools
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner
- Capture behind-the-scenes content at open houses, property tours, and team events
Marketing Support (30%)
- Support the creation of email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Assist with property marketing materials (flyers, brochures, digital ads)
- Help maintain and update website content and blog posts
- Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries (photos, videos, templates)
Analytics & Reporting (15%)
- Track social media metrics and website analytics
- Compile weekly/monthly performance reports
- Identify top-performing content and provide insights
- Monitor campaign performance across channels
Administrative & Project Support (15%)
- Assist with event planning for open houses and client appreciation events
- Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines
- Support day-to-day marketing operations as needed
- Print marketing collateral and brochures under tight timelines
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
- Graphic design skills using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable learning new software and tools quickly
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with content creation tools (CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (SendGrid, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Basic video editing skills
- Interest in real estate, design, or luxury marketing
- Experience with scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Later, Buffer)
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
- Photography or videography skills
